The laboratory is provided with a wider scope of humiture control and regulation, is applicable to performance reliability experiments of industrial product and meets the requirement for National Standard GB/T2423.1, 2, 3, 4 Environmental Experiment of Electrician’s Electronic Product Experiment A: Method of Low Temperature Experiment, Experiment B: Method of High Temperature Experiment, Experiment C: Method of Constant Humid Experiment, Experiment Db: Alternating Humid Heat Test.

The laboratory is in conformity with National Standard GB/T10592 Technical condition of high & low temperature testing chamber, GB/T10586 Technical condition of temperature heat testing chamber. Method of humiture regulation–method of equilibrium temperature and humidity regulation is adopted for this type of testing chamber such that experimental environment of high temperature and high humidity climate can be obtained automatically.

Structure: laboratory consists of laboratory chamber body, controlling cabinet, mechanical box. Laboratory body is provided beautifully and dignifiedly with magazine-type board assembly structure, high surface evenness; jet mould board is adopted for outer cover, internal container is made from stainless steel, and insulating layer is foamed polyurethane. Laboratory’s door is double doors, and observation widows are incorporated with chamber body on both sides for the convenience of status observation in chamber. Controlling cabinet inside which components (controlling panel is seen on the right picture) such as electronic intelligent controlling panel, recorder, and circuit board are incorporated is on the left side of laboratory. Mechanical box inside which refrigeration set, runner adsorbed-type dehumidifier, humidifying boiler, water softener are installed is on the back of laboratory.

Main features:
 Working space is 21 square meters which can meet requirement for large or massive quantitative experiment;
 Easy operation, touching panel, digital display, programmable for program set, display-enable operation curve diagram;
 High controlling precision and a wider scope of climatic environment can be provided to meet experiment requiring high precision;
 Indoor lightening unit is equipped and when the room temperature reaches down to subzero 20 degrees centigrade, prompt for starting heating function of observation window for defrostiness is conducted automatically;
 Well-known imported refrigerating compressor is adopted to fully ensure refrigeration power & efficiency as well as service life of refrigerating complex;
 Various breakdown functions are provided to judge location and reason of breakdown intelligently for the convenience of product repair;
 A few of circuit protectors such as alert for overtemperature device, phase failure protector, and electric leakage protector are equipped.
